About

Hello! I'm the guy they called Benjamin Henry and I'm a Travel Blogger.

Right here you get to meet me officially aside my Travel tales and guides on post's.

I Overcame My Travel Phobia!

For as long as i can recall i have always been afraid to travel even though i fancied watching travel documentaries and reading travel tales. Being on the road every now and then never used to be my thing simply because i was always scared of accidents. When i watch news headlines of plane crash, car accidents and the rest of it all, i always get cold fever. Well i realized later on that life is what you make of it and such things shouldn't really scare the hell out of me because accidents can happen anywhere and safe is of God Almighty. If God can keep me safe while at home then he can do it as well while am on the road.

I actually daydream about a lot of thing and traveling to foreign lands, experiencing a distinct culture from what's around me has always been a point of focus for me because i got feds up of just watching cool destination. I always feel like getting away always... Now a lot of these dreams are manifesting by God's grace and I'm certainly going to carry you "Yes you" along so sit back and grab a Milk Shake and a hamburger as you peruse through my online archive. You will get to find out great tips, guides, resources and destination worth your time and money.

Traveling is an education on it own as you get to know a whole lot you probably wouldn't know if you decided to stay put in your comfort zone (your home or city). You also get to meet interesting people, know about other people's culture and sometime get a business contact if you play your cards right. Yes, my own traveling isn't just for fun as i also keep my eyes to the ground to study terrains and business opportunity as well as generate and develop a business model from a different place which might be profitable back home. There is a whole lot of sides to travel and i try to explore as much as possible.

Travel Funding

Well, i will always tell people that you don't need all the money in the Bank of America vault room before you can see the world in it's naked beauty. First you just need to desire traveling so much and secondly your passionate drive for travel will get you saving for that dream trip of yours. Most people wonder how travel bloggers fund their trip. Well, this can vary from person to person so i would speak for myself alone. Let begin with the very first point.

At a point in my life i was broken down to bits financially and had to be a bit dependent on friends and family but not very long though... Within this time i was always thinking of how to maximize my time than sitting and not hope manner will fall from heaven, my travel dreams was always on cause. I thought about a lot of things to get go, something that would give me freedom of location so i could work from anywhere since i have never been a fan of the 9-5 desk job. At long last i discovered Blogging, Freelance Writing, Inventions, Book Writing, Affiliate Marketing and a lot of online resources more than a enough to fund my traveling and tour since i was planning on hiring a private jet or buying one before i get the see the world in it's naked beauty. Well, one day i hope to own a private jet though... lol Impossibility isn't in my dictionary, after all those flying in them don't have two heads. Being an IT oriented kind of guy i knew i could handle a lot of the job posting and online resources i was coming across so i had to make my picks a hit it one time and that's how the story began...The journey of a thousand mile always starts with a step of faith. Now it's me and my laptop everywhere i go since i took the decision of building an online assets. I read a lot of books

Let's get back to the story

The backpacking journey began with daydreaming and reality is more friendly than i thought. I dropped all my worries and left all my troubles to see the world and satisfy my heart with seeing God's creation on the other ends of the earth. I'll give you a little story here, when i was growing up i thought the world only consist of people in my locality, how naive i was... I was never the questioning type of child when i was growing up, always keeping to myself and only got some information and enlightenment by just listening to other people talking. Now maturity and experience has thought me a lot and i am gradually coming out of my comfort zone but I'm still the reserved type of guy. I love to let people speak while i listen and i speak only when it's important. I will give you one advice... "where ever you go always listen more than speaking and you will get answers to a lot of questions without asking", this has helped me a whole lot even in my sojourn.

It took a few years of saving and months of planning before i ventured on my first trip. I was excited it was finally happening but i also kept my mind focus as to expect anything. I didn't want to miss my flight so i had everything set already.
Stepping into the plane got me into a mixed feeling, something like i was beginning to miss home and shouldn't go but inside of me i knew i was ready for this and so i flew to my first destination: I stayed in the first hostel of my entire life and was kept awake by people snoring plus i never used to have a good night sleep whenever I'm not home. I wake up at every at every little sound but overall I made friends and took day trips and realized that travel isn’t so hard after all.
